For something a little unexpected, enjoy this sophisticated cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and complements small pieces of parmesan.
Japanese-Inspired Martini
Yields one serving
30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and mix for half a minute until cold. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
